Penn North Plastics, Inc.

Penn North Plastics, Inc. is a privately held company. The Board of Directors, made up of investors from varying professional backgrounds, meets regularly to discuss the business direction, formulate plans for expansion and approve major expenditures.

The President and Plant Director, John Smith, is responsible for the daily operation of the facility and has overall P&L responsibility. The Vice President Operations, Richard McAninch, is responsible for production scheduling and plant maintenance.

Penn North currently has two manufacturing and warehousing facilities with a combined square footage of 67,000 square feet. The Reno facility has a total of 49,000 square feet available consisting of 5,000 square feet of office space, 25,000 square feet of manufacturing space, and 19,000 square feet of warehouse space. This facility also has 18 injection molding machines in various sizes of press tonnage and is equipped with bulk storage space, conveying, blending, and cooling equipment.

Penn North Plastics, Inc has over 30 years of experience molding plastic products. Our primary advantage is that we own and operate presses of 50, 75, 180, 200, 225, 350, 375, 500, 750, 850 and 1200 ton sizes (see the link to press sizes for specifics). Obviously, the larger presses have the capability to produce large parts. Consequently, we have the ability to meet a wide range of product requirements.
